Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

6 Tbsp. butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour cake pan and set aside. In medium bowl, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and blend on low speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl often. Beat on medium speed for 2 min. and then spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake for 17-24 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in pan for 10 min. Remove from pan and cool completely.
